Experiment Name:  A. mexicanum spinal cord injury
Description:
This experiment included a time series of spinal cord samples collected at days 0, 1, 3, 5, and 7 days after tail amputation. Five replicate genechips were run for each time point with independent spinal cord samples. Download each file corresponding to the 25 genechips as well as the library files to view the data. Data visualization can be quickly performed using ArrayAssist Lite (Stratagene) or GCOS (Affymetrix). Address questions or comments to james.monaghan@uky.edu.
